FAQ
Why don’t I just hire a full-time editor?
You can, but you can’t pause them when you don’t have work for them like you can our plans! Also, editing is just 1 service we offer. The plans include sound design, animation, color grading etc. Plus, our editors are REALLY good!
What if I have a single request?
No problem! You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have more requests. That way, the remainder of your subscription will not go to waste.
What programs do you use?
We use the Adobe suite for editing, sound and animation, Davinci Resolve for grading, frame.io and dropbox for delivery and feedback and monday.com for project management.
What do you mean “unlimited videos”?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many video requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one at a time, usually within two business days.
Who are these post-production specialists?
One part of our team is in Daytona Beach, FL and the other in Belgrade Serbia. Did I mention that they are really good?
What if I don’t like the videos?
That rarely happens, but if it does, worry not! We will continue to revise the video until you are 100% satisfied.
